Cancellation and Refund policy

  • Cancellation by the customer: If a customer needs to cancel his/her hot air balloon ride, we usually require a notice of cancellation two days in advance of the flight date.

  • Generally, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the flight time will be refunded in full, while cancellations made less than 24 hours will not be refunded at all.

  • Cancellation by the tour operator: In the event that the tour operator needs to cancel the hot air balloon ride due to weather or safety concerns, the customer will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the flight for a different date and time.

  • No-show policy: If the customer doesn’t show up at the agreed time and location for the flight, We will not issue any refund.

  • So please make sure that you read and understand the policy before making a reservation.

Children Policy

Our children policy for hot air balloon rides is as follows:

  • Children under the age of 6 years old are not allowed on the flight.
  • Children aged 6 and above are welcome to join the flight but should be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Children who are six years or older are considered adults..
  • Children should be supervised by an adult at all times during the flight, and we will be providing child seats or harnesses for children who need it.
